Installation service fee - Countertop Washbasin (Length under 1.5m)

Professional on‑site installation service for INFINITE integrated countertop washbasins (long top basin on cabinet) with total length under 1.5 m, carried out by qualified external contractors engaged for INFINITE installations.

Service scope – included

• Site check of the cabinet and surrounding area to confirm suitability for the integrated long top basin, including cabinet level, structural support, drainage position and water supply point.
• Positioning and marking of the integrated countertop basin on the cabinet according to the approved design drawing, recommended ergonomic height and alignment with surrounding finishes, mirrors and cabinetry.
• Application of sanitary‑grade silicone or adhesive between the integrated basin and cabinet where required, to secure the basin in the approved position and achieve a neat, water‑resistant junction.
• Installation of the INFINITE pop‑up drain(s) into the basin and connection to the prepared drain pipe, including trap installation and leak testing. For multi‑bowl configurations, connection of each bowl’s waste outlet to the prepared drain system is included.
• Connection of the pre‑purchased basin mixer(s) / faucet(s) and water supply hoses, followed by functionality, pressure and leakage checks, and confirming that water drains out smoothly and completely without standing water in the basin. The drain pipe and trap must be provided by the customer; INFINITE basins are supplied with the pop‑up drain(s) only.
• Final level and alignment check along the full length of the integrated countertop basin to ensure it is visually straight and properly aligned with cabinetry and wall lines.
• Basic cleaning of the work area after installation and briefing the customer on care, daily use and maintenance recommendations for INFINITE solid‑surface basins.

Note: Installers are external contractors engaged for INFINITE installations and are not INFINITE employees. They handle pipe connection only within the immediate basin area (from existing prepared outlets to the basin and faucet). Any relocation of drain or water points, cabinet modification, or new plumbing works beyond this area are not included.

Customer responsibilities / prerequisites

To ensure a smooth installation for integrated countertop washbasins (under 1.5 m), please confirm and prepare the following before the installation date:

• Cabinet fully completed, level and structurally adequate to support the full length and weight of the INFINITE integrated basin, according to the approved technical drawings.
• All demolition, tile work, waterproofing, carpentry and cabinet works completed prior to installation, with the cabinet ready to receive the integrated basin.
• The installation area is fully cleared of old basins, cabinets, furniture and debris, with clear access to the cabinet and plumbing points.
• Drain and water supply points are already in place according to the approved INFINITE technical drawings / layout, including any additional points required for double basins or multiple faucets.
• All required products (basin, faucet(s), waste, trap(s), valves, etc.) are delivered and on site before the installation day. INFINITE basins are supplied with the pop‑up drain(s) only; the drain pipe(s) and trap(s) must be provided by the customer.

Not included in this service

• Any cabinet cutting, reinforcement, levelling or carpentry works.
• Relocation of drain or water points, or new plumbing works beyond the immediate basin connection area.
• Removal of existing basins, vanities, mirrors, tiles, cabinets or general demolition.
• Electrical works, lighting or mirror cabinet installation unless specified in a separate package.
